Illustrating Time wishes to challenge our normal perception of time. In the modern world old products are often seen in a negative way. However, we wish to challenge this by proposing that the real quality of a product actually comes with the ageing of it, rather like a child’s favourite teddy.

This method shows the history of a product in a visual way. E.g. A new carpet that changes colour over the areas of which it is walked showing its history in a visual sense or a park bench that appears like any other when new, but slowly deteriorates to reveal patterns as it is used.
